Job summary

Knightwood Associates Limited is seeking a Trainee Site Manager to join their residential development team across the Milton Keynes and Northamptonshire area. The role suits someone with around a year's experience in a Trainee Site Manager position or someone keen to build a long-term career in site management.

You will support the Site Manager and Assistant, learn to coordinate trades, assist with quality checks, health & safety, deliveries, and programme logistics, and gain exposure to all

Qualifications

• Around 1 year's experience as a Trainee Site Manager, ideally within residential construction.
• Previous experience working on volume housing sites would be advantageous
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Trainee Site Manager - Milton Keynes / Northamptonshire

I'm currently working with a well-established residential developer who is looking to appoint a Trainee Site Manager to join their team across the Milton Keynes / Northamptonshire area. Ideally, they would like to speak with someone who has already gained around a year's experience in a Trainee Site Manager position with another housebuilder or residential developer. That said, they are also open to considering people with less or no direct site management experience who are keen to build a long-term career within construction. Experience of working on volume housing sites would be particularly beneficial.
