Job summary

Knightwood Associates is seeking a Trainee Site Manager to join their residential development team across the Milton Keynes / Northamptonshire area. You will support the Site Manager and Assistant, learning to coordinate trades, carry out quality checks, and help manage health and safety on site, deliveries, and the programme.

The ideal candidate has around one year's experience, experience on volume housing sites is advantageous, and a genuine desire to progress into site management.

Qualifications

• Around 1 year's experience as a Trainee Site Manager, ideally within residential construction.
• Previous experience working on volume housing sites would be advantageous.
• Genuine interest in progressing into site management.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Site Manager and Assistant Site Manager with the day-to-day running of site.
• Learn how to coordinate trades and subcontractors.
• Assist with quality checks, snagging and handovers.
• Help to monitor health & safety standards on site.
• Support with site logistics, deliveries and programme.
• Gain exposure to all aspects of residential site management.
