Job summary

Network Plus Group seeks a Trainee Service Delivery Supervisor to learn and oversee LDP Operational Teams delivering the Cadent Mains Replacement Programme in the North West. You’ll supervise works from handover to completion, ensuring HSEQ, programme adherence and customer satisfaction.

Training will cover site setup, RAMS, CDM, IGEM, NRSWA permits, and client requirements. You’ll engage with customers and deliver daily/weekly reports while embracing change and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Learn to supervise the delivery teams during the works, including site set up, enabling of the works, Gas operations, backfill and reinstatement and site completion.
• Attend all sites in order to disseminate the Construction Phase Plan information, including all RAMS, with regards setting up of the site and to brief the Team leader on their responsibilities to ensure that the works carried out on the Network comply with the relevant statutory requirements (CDM, IGEM) and Cadent standards and Procedures
• Learn how to supervise, the opening and closing of street works permits in accordance with NRSWA including the management of agreed Traffic Management and Permit Conditions and the timely capture of reinstatement completion information
• Ensure that all the client and operational requirements are met in a professional and efficient manner
• Work collaboratively with the Customer Liaison Officer to engage with customers and identify any specific needs (PSR, language line etc) to minimise disruption
• Provide daily and weekly reports as required and to ensure that all service levels and objectives are achieved
• Provide a positive and innovative input into the team, through provision of solutions to problems and embracing change
• Ensure that safety issues are reported in line with Company procedures

SCO 1,2 & 5 (preferred)

IOSH or SMSTS (preferred)

NCO Gas Level 2 / Gas manager’s appreciation
