Job summary

Network Plus is seeking a Service Delivery Supervisor to oversee LDP Operational Teams delivering the Cadent Mains Replacement Programme in the North West. The role focuses on supervising teams from handover to project completion, ensuring HSEQ performance, programme adherence, and customer satisfaction.

You will disseminate construction phase information, brief team leaders on responsibilities, and ensure works comply with CDM, IGEM and Cadent standards.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising delivery teams on gas/utility projects.
• Knowledge of NRSWA, CDM and IGEM standards is essential.
• IOSH/SMSTS or similar safety qualifications are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Supervise delivery teams from site set up through to project completion.
• Manage street works permits, RAMS, and reinstatement to Cadent standards.
• Provide daily/weekly reports and ensure compliance with safety and client requirements.
