Job summary

Network Plus is seeking a Service Delivery Supervisor to manage LDP Operational Teams for the Cadent Mains Replacement Programme in the North West. The role involves site setup, gas operations, backfill, reinstatement and ensuring safety, compliance and customer satisfaction.

Requirements include SHEA (Gas) NRSWA (Supervisor) SCO 1,2 & 5, and preferably IOSH or SMSTS and NCO Gas Level 2. The position is based on site with a competitive salary and full benefits.

Qualifications

• SHEA (Gas) NRSWA 1991 (Supervisor) SCO 1,2 & 5 (preferred)
• IOSH or SMSTS (preferred)
• NCO Gas Level 2 / Gas manager's appreciation

Responsibilities

• Supervise the delivery teams during the works, including site set up, enabling of the works, Gas operations, backfill and reinstatement and site completion.
• Attend all sites to disseminate Construction Phase Plan information, RAMS, and brief Team leaders on responsibilities to ensure compliance with CDM, IGEM and Cadent standards.
• Manage opening/closing of street works permits per NRSWA and oversee Traffic Management and Permit Conditions.
• Ensure client and operational requirements are met professionally and efficiently.
• Collaborate with Customer Liaison Officer to engage customers and identify needs to minimise disruption.
• Provide daily and weekly reports and ensure service levels and objectives are achieved.
• Offer proactive input and solutions to problems and embrace change.
• Report safety issues as per Company procedures.
