Job summary

Network Plus is seeking a Service Delivery Supervisor to manage LDP Operational Teams delivering the Cadent Mains Replacement Programme in the North West. You will supervise delivery teams from site setup to project completion, ensuring HSEQ, programme adherence and outstanding customer satisfaction.

You will liaise with the Customer Liaison Officer, manage permits under NRSWA and ensure compliance with CDM, IGEM and Cadent standards.

Qualifications

• SHEA (Gas) certification or equivalent in gas safety.
• NRSWA 1991 (Supervisor) qualification or equivalent.
• SCO 1,2 & 5 qualifications preferred.
• IOSH or SMSTS qualification preferred.
• NCO Gas Level 2 / Gas manager's appreciation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise delivery teams during works from site setup to completion.
• Disseminate Construction Phase Plan information and brief team leaders on responsibilities.
• Open/close street works permits per NRSWA; manage traffic conditions and reinstatement data.
• Meet client/operational requirements professionally and efficiently.
• Collaborate with Customer Liaison Officer to engage customers and minimize disruption.
• Provide daily/weekly reports and ensure service levels are met.
• Contribute solutions, embrace change, and report safety issues per procedures.

Job description

Description As a Service Delivery Supervisor, you will manage the LDP Operational Teams in the successful delivery of the Cadent Mains Replacement Programme in the North West. The Service Delivery Supervisor will provide supervision to those teams under their jurisdiction, from work stack handover through to project completion in an effective and efficient manner. Success will be measured against our 3 imperatives; HSEQ performance, programme adherence and outstanding customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the delivery teams during the works, including site set up, enabling of the works, Gas operations, backfill and reinstatement and site completion.
• Attend all sites in order to disseminate the Construction Phase Plan information, including all RAMS, with regards setting up of the site and to brief the Team leader on their responsibilities to ensure that the works carried out on the Network comply with the relevant statutory requirements (CDM, IGEM) and Cadent standards.

Procedures

• Supervise, the opening and closing of street works permits in accordance with NRSWA including the management of agreed Traffic Management and Permit Conditions and the timely capture of reinstatement completion information.
• Ensure that all the client and operational requirements are met in a professional and efficient manner.
• Work collaboratively with the Customer Liaison Officer to engage with customers and identify any specific needs (PSR, language line etc) to minimise disruption.
• Provide daily and weekly reports as required and to ensure that all service levels and objectives are achieved.
• Provide a positive and innovative input into the team, through provision of solutions to problems and embracing change.
• Ensure that safety issues are reported in line with Company procedures.
