Job summary

Vision for Education in Ashford is seeking enthusiastic individuals to start a rewarding career as a Trainee SEN Teaching Assistant. No prior classroom experience is required, as full training and ongoing professional development will be provided to support children with diverse needs including autism, ADHD, and SEMH.

You will work across SEN schools, assisting teachers and support staff to create a safe, inclusive learning environment and help pupils build essential life skills.

Trainee SEN Teaching Assistant

£95 - £110 per day

The Role

Vision for Education is seeking enthusiastic and compassionate individuals who are keen to begin a rewarding career in education as a Trainee SEN Teaching Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience working across a wide range of Special Educational Needs (SEN) schools, supporting children and young people with diverse learning needs including Autism (ASC), ADHD, speech and language difficulties, social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) challenges, and physical disabilities.

You don't need prior classroom experience—just a genuine passion for making a difference, patience, and a willingness to learn. Full training and ongoing professional development will be provided.
