Job Title: Sales Adviser at haart Estate Agents, Croydon

Are you a dynamic, motivated, and customer-centric professional with a passion for sales? We’re looking for a proactive Sales Adviser to join our team, focused on canvassing and generating new business opportunities. In this role, you will be instrumental in expanding our market presence, building strong client relationships, and driving the growth of our Estate Agency within your local area.

Training and Development:
  • One-week training at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre in Colchester, including industry-leading training and fully-paid hotel stay.
  • Follow-up week at the Centre within your first 5-6 weeks of employment.
Your Role and Impact:
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly business targets.
  • Manage valuation activities and generate leads through proactive outreach, including door-knocking, social media, and prospecting.
  • Utilize ROSIE software for tracking leads and opportunities effectively.
  • Participate in regular coaching and business development meetings.
  • Engage with portal opportunities via Rightmove and On The Market.
  • Build your personal brand through social media and video content.
  • Respond to inbound calls and convert opportunities for valuations, viewings, and financial services.
  • Encourage and collect 5-star Google reviews to enhance reputation.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Full, clean UK driving licence and own vehicle in good condition
