Trainee Sales Representative

Main Duties and Responsibilities

We are seeking Regional Sales Ambassadors in East Midlands and Ireland. These full-time, permanent roles offer a competitive salary, car allowance, and bonus. As a junior position, it provides an exciting entry into external sales. The Sales Ambassador will work remotely, promoting the Kronodesign range to end users within a designated region, collaborating with the distribution network to develop sales.

• Travel to and visit end user customers, including shop fitters, KBB manufacturers, office furniture manufacturers, cabinet makers, joiners, timber/panel merchants, specifiers, architects, exhibition manufacturers, distributors, holiday home manufacturers, door manufacturers, cubicle manufacturers, and panel cutting companies.
• Develop and present product pitches tailored to client requirements, addressing issues, negotiating, and following up on key actions.
• Liaise with distributors to pass on and follow up leads.
• Prepare visit reports, competitor information, pricing, volumes, customer potential updates, and task lists.
• Identify and visit new and existing customers systematically, planning routes efficiently.
• Gain detailed knowledge of customer needs, product portfolio, and additional products or decors.

Requirements

This junior role welcomes applications from graduates and those with limited experience. Experience in retail or hospitality sectors is advantageous. A full UK driving license is required due to extensive travel.
