Trainee Field Sales Representative

Would you like TRAINING to become a Technical Sales Executive / Technical Sales Demonstrator in the automotive industry?

Location: Ideally in Watford, St Albans, Hemel Hempstead, High Wycombe, Aylesbury, Slough, Bracknell, Guildford, Woking, Windsor, Staines, Amersham, Maidenhead

Salary: £26K to £30K OTE, plus Company Car, Bonus, Pension, Benefits, Career Development, and a 5-day workweek.

Candidate Requirements:

• Good technical knowledge; experience in Car Body Work, bodyshop, or mechanical repair is beneficial but not essential.
• Some sales experience or the personality to sell.
• Good communication skills, negotiation, and closing abilities.
• Genuine interest in cars, bodywork, paintwork, and the automotive sector.
• Ability to develop accounts to grow turnover and profit.
• Ability to demonstrate technical products' features and benefits.
• Ability to promote new product lines.
• Build customer loyalty through strong relationships.
• Full driving license essential.
