Job summary

Land Rover Conwy, part of Sytner Group, seeks a motivated Trainee Sales Executive with additional management support responsibilities to build a long-term career in sales, business development and operations.

You will support the sales team with leads and customer communications, assist management with daily tasks and reporting, and help manage vehicle stock and listings. A full UK driving licence is advantageous and an assessment centre may be requested.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting sales teams with lead generation and follow-ups.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with lead generation, follow ups, and customer communication
• Assist management with day to day operational tasks and reporting
• Photographing, advertising vehicles
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales Management team
• Contribute to team meetings, planning sessions, and performance reviews
• Vehicle stock management: listings, stock records, pricing information and ensuring vehicles are ready for sale
• Team coordination: Liaising with sales staff, management, the service department and other teams to keep operations running smoothly
• A full and valid UK driving licence will be of benefit
• Please note you may be asked to attend an assessment centre
