Job summary

Sytner Group is seeking a motivated Trainee Sales Executive at Land Rover Conwy to develop a career in sales, business development and operational leadership. The role combines sales support with management tasks and exposure to vehicle stock, pricing and listings.

You will assist the sales team with leads and customer communications, help with day-to-day operations, and participate in planning sessions and reviews. UK driving licence would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with lead generation, follow ups, and customer communication
• Assist management with day to day operational tasks and reporting
• Photographing, advertising vehicles
• Provide effective administrative and operational support to the Sales Management team
• Contribute to team meetings, planning sessions, and performance reviews
• Vehicle stock management: Assisting with vehicle listings, stock records, pricing information and ensuring vehicles are ready for sale
• Team coordination: Liaising with sales staff, management, the service department and other teams to keep operations running smoothly

About the Role

• Contribute to team meetings, planning sessions, and performance reviews
• Vehicle stock management: Assisting with vehicle listings, stock records, pricing information and ensuring vehicles are ready for sale.
• Team coordination: Liaising with sales staff, management, the service department and other teams to keep operations running smoothly.

A full and valid UK driving licence will be of benefit.
