The role is based in Basildon with full-time hours and a rewarding target-driven environment. You will begin with intensive learning at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre, gaining hands-on experience and support to become a successful negotiator

Qualifications

• Ability to market properties to potential home owners.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings.
• Negotiate offers with clients.
• Generate new leads through canvassing and proactive outreach.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Continue training with mentor support.
