Job summary

Bastow Irwin Recruitment Limited is seeking a motivated Trainee Sales Negotiator for our Basildon office. No experience is required as full training will be provided; charisma, energy and an outgoing personality are essential.

You will coordinate viewings, market properties to attract buyers, and match buyers to homes while helping guide transactions from offer through completion. Hours: Mon-Fri 9:00–18:00, Sat 9:00–16:00, with a day off in the week.

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building rapport with clients.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Proactive attitude towards learning and personal development within the sales field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and carrying out property viewings
• Learning how to effectively market properties to attract potential buyers
• Matching prospective buyers to suitable properties and arranging viewings accordingly
• Maintaining regular contact with buyers, vendors and other relevant parties
• Guiding buyers and vendors through the sales process from offer to legal completion
• Contributing to the smooth running of the branch on a daily basis
• Collaborating with team members to achieve individual and team sales targets
• Carrying out canvassing activities to generate new business
• Full training provided

• Responsibilities include but will not be limited to:Coordinating and carrying out property viewings

Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am to 6.00pm every Saturday 9.00am to 4.00pm with a day off in the week (5-day week)

Salary: OTE £25.000-£30.000pa, basic salary to be discussed.

Must have Full UK Driving Licence and own vehicle - some expenses covered
