The role includes a structured training period at our centre and hands-on learning while you earn through an uncapped commission scheme. The package features £30,000 OTE per year, full-time hours, generous annual leave, and fully funded industry training leading to a recognised qualification.

Qualifications

• No experience required; full training provided.
• Must have access to your own vehicle.
• Full UK Driving Licence must be for a manual or automatic car.
• Before starting, provide proof of business insurance for your vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Market properties to prospective buyers.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings.
• Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers.
• Generate new leads through canvassing and other outreach methods.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Continue training and development with mentor support.
