• One week training at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre.
• Must have access to own vehicle and a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Market properties to potential home owners.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings.
• Negotiate offers with clients.
• Generate new leads through canvassing, door knocking, leaflets and more.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Continue training with mentor support.
