haart Estate Agents in Westcliff is seeking a Trainee Sales Negotiator to drive property sales. You will build client relationships, arrange viewings, and negotiate offers in a fast-paced, high-reward environment. The role includes extensive training, ongoing development, and clear progression from day one.

With uncapped commission and a structured training path at Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre, you’ll be supported to advance, while enjoying employee benefits and a company pension.

As a Sales Negotiator at haart Estate Agents in Westcliff, you will receive:

• £28000 - £30,000 OTE per year
• Uncapped commission
• Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday
