Job summary

haart Estate Agents in Basildon is seeking a Trainee Sales Negotiator to help market properties, conduct viewings, and negotiate offers. You will learn through industry-leading training and have the opportunity for rapid progression in a fast-paced, high-reward environment. The role offers uncapped commission and an OTE of £28,000–£30,000 per year.

Working hours are 8:30am–6:00pm on four weekdays and 9:00am–5:00pm on Saturdays, with 30 days of annual leave incl. bank holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have access to own vehicle
• Full UK Driving Licence (manual or automatic)
• Provide proof of business insurance for your vehicle before starting

• Arrange and conduct property viewings
• Negotiate offers
• Generate new leads through canvassing, door knocking, leaflet dropping and more
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Continue training and development with close mentor support

As a Sales Negotiator at haart Estate Agents in Basildon , you will receive:

• £28000 - £30,000 OTE per year
• Uncapped commission
• Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday
