Motorpoint is looking for a Trainee Sales Executive in Peterborough. You will greet customers, assist with vehicle collection, and resolve issues to ensure a seamless experience. Training lasts about twelve months, with progression to a Sales Executive role upon successful completion.

The role requires a full UK driving licence and strong customer service skills, with opportunities to upsell and develop a career within Motorpoint. Weekend rota and 40-hour weeks are part of the schedule.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Be the friendly face that welcomes customers to our store.
• Support the vehicle collection process with accurate paperwork.
• Proactively resolve customer issues for a smooth experience.
• Contact customers to arrange or amend collection dates.
• Spot opportunities to upsell products and services.
• Complete the training programme; expect ~12 months of learning modules.
• Progress to a Sales Executive role after training.
