As Trainee Sales Executive, you will join a global brand leader. With a bespoke training programme, you will learn about the product, deliver exceptional customer service, excel in sales, and manage a profitable retail centre. The role focuses on developing business opportunities, managing relationships, and building customer loyalty. Based in Gateshead, this full-time, permanent position offers a salary of circa £27,000 with an OTE of £32,000, working Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with the training programme to drive personal development
• Conduct retail and customer service activities to meet or exceed sales targets, profitability, and customer satisfaction
• Identify and research new business leads
• Grow customer accounts through targeted cold and warm calling
• Visit customers weekly
• Manage cash and payment systems according to company policies
• Assist customers with sales, queries, and after-sales service
• Conduct stock takes and restock as needed
• Understand the range of company products
• Administer sales orders and handle returns
• Attend training sessions, meetings, and company events onsite and at head office
