Group 1 Automotive is offering a Trainee Sales Executive position at BMW Farnborough. You will engage customers, schedule workshops, and promote services while supporting vehicle movement and stock control.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage customers professionally, keeping them informed throughout their vehicle’s repair.
• Schedule workshop appointments, confirm bookings, and maintain accurate customer records.
• Promote additional services based on technician recommendations.
• Manage secure movement of retail vehicles and maintain precise records.
• Prepare vehicles to brand and customer standards before delivery.
• Accept and check deliveries of new and used vehicles, reporting issues promptly.
• Complete timely appraisals of vehicles taken into stock and arrange required work.
• Direct and prioritise tasks for Workshop Controller and Valentes.
• Maintain showroom, demonstrators, and used car stock to required standards, including weekly checks.
• Ensure approved used cars are prepared within five working days and maintain photographic standards above 90%
• Conduct pre-appointment customer calls to confirm bookings, ensure readiness, and address any preliminary questions
• Keep auction vehicles ready for collection with all paperwork completed
