We are seeking a Trainee Car Sales Executive for our Main Dealer Motor Garage located in the Aldershot area of Hampshire. We welcome candidates with a stable career history in customer-facing or retail environments.

Job Role: New or Used Car Sales Executive

Job Location: Aldershot, Hampshire (near Farnham, Farnborough, Camberley, Fleet)

Salary: £15,000 Basic / OTE £35,000

Hours: Monday – Saturday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with a day off during the week

Responsibilities:
  1. Meet and greet customers, qualify their needs, and demonstrate vehicles accordingly.
  2. Discuss funding options and sell additional finance and paint protection products.
  3. Build and maintain a customer database.
  4. Follow a sales process while providing excellent customer service and building long-term rapport.
  5. Be self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
  6. Maintain a positive, customer-focused attitude.
  7. Previous experience in the motor trade is essential.
  8. Hold a valid driving license.
