Job Title: Trainee Sales Consultant - Shared Ownership

Location:Woodley

Brand: SOWN

Salary: up tp£30,000-£32,000 OTE

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:45am-5:30pm, every other Saturday 10am-4pm

About Us:

LRG are leading multi-disciplined estate agents who operate across the country from nearly 400 offices. We are looking for a Trainee/Sales Consultant to join our successful Shared Ownership team based in our Woodley office but covering the South of England. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new sales with both off plan and existing stock. The candidate should be able to deliver exceptional customer service over the phone and face to face. Working closely with the Sales team they will assist to maintain and grow the new build business in the South and develop their own career path.

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:

The role of Trainee Sales Consultant is exciting and rewarding!

Duties will include:

  • Ability and confidence to spend a fair amount of your working day driving, sometimes long distance to sites (1.5 – 2hr radius)
  • Booking and carrying out property viewings, void inspections and buyer move ins.
  • Assist preparation of weekly reporting and attending client virtual (physical) meetings
  • Regular call outs to the active sales database
  • Delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and face to face
  • Working towards and achieving personal and branch targets
  • Handling and agreeing offers and reservations
  • Representing the company in a professional manner

Skills required:

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure and the ability to prioritise accordingly
    • Strong organisational and administrative skills
    • Have strong people and communication skills
    • Enjoy working with the public over the phone and face to face
    • Be results orientated and driven to succeed
    • Traveling to sites across the South and into London/Midlands (when required)
    • Work towards becoming skilled at generating viewing and cross selling opportunities and hitting targets
    • Computer literate
    • Be a team player
    • A full UK driving license

    Additional Information:

    • Experience in estate agency sales not essential
    • Office based role with regular external site visits
    • Company car provided
    • Company laptop and mobile phone provided
