Job summary

Relay Direct is looking for a Trainee Sales Consultant to learn, grow and build a serious sales career from the ground up. You will gain experience across B2B, B2C and event campaigns while receiving ongoing coaching from the team.

The role involves meeting customers in person, developing product knowledge, handling objections and closing sales. Training, coaching and a merit-based path to leadership are provided.

You do not need to arrive with years of experience. Our training is designed to help you understand the full customer journey—from making a confident introduction and discovering a customer’s needs to presenting the right solution and asking for the sale. You will gain experience across B2B, B2C and event campaigns while receiving ongoing coaching from the team.
