Relay Direct is seeking a Graduate Management Trainee to develop leadership skills through real responsibility, practical experience and measurable performance. The programme starts with the commercial foundations of the business and expands into coaching, planning and team support.

You will engage customers face-to-face, complete structured training in sales and campaign delivery, and learn how targets and feedback are monitored. Merit-based progression toward leadership is emphasized.

We are looking for a Graduate Management Trainee who wants to develop leadership skills through real responsibility, practical experience and measurable performance.

Our programme starts with the commercial foundations of the business. You will learn how to engage customers, represent a client, contribute to campaign targets and review your own performance. Once those standards are demonstrated consistently, your development can expand into coaching, planning and team support.

What You’ll Be Doing
