Job summary

Jago Consultants is expanding its recruitment team and seeking a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to recruit for existing clients and win new business. The role offers hybrid working, a friendly environment, and a structured training path with career progression.

You will source candidates, write job adverts, arrange interviews, and manage offers while building relationships with clients and candidates alike.

Qualifications

• CAN-DO attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Experience in Sales / Estate Agent / Out-bound Call-Centre / Insurance Sales / Office Sales.
• Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through headhunting, networking, and job boards; discuss and take job orders.
• Write and post compelling job adverts to attract suitable candidates.
• Arrange interviews and liaise with candidates throughout the process.
• Make job offers and handle rejections with professionalism.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and future clients.

Day-to-day you will learn to:

• Source candidates through headhunting and networking on sites such as our CRM / LinkedIn / Job Boards. Discussing, and taking job orders from clients.
• Writing and posting job adverts.
• Arranging interviews for candidates and liaising with them during this time
• Making job offers to suitable candidates and handling rejections
• Building relationships with existing and future clients
