Leap29 is hiring a Trainee Recruiter to join the Renewable Energy team and support clients across the US market. No prior recruitment experience is required as training and mentorship are provided to build a successful career in recruitment.

You will connect talented professionals with opportunities in renewable energy, conduct interviews, and develop relationships with candidates and clients to understand hiring needs and drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with candidates across the US renewable energy market.
• Build relationships with professionals and clients in the sector.

• Support candidates through interviews and offers, coordinating next steps.

We're looking for an ambitious Trainee Recruiter to join our Renewable Energy team, supporting clients across the US market. Whether you're leaving college, finishing university, or looking for your first step into a professional career, we'll provide the training, support, and opportunities needed to build a successful career in recruitment.

Many of our highest-performing recruiters joined us with no previous recruitment experience, so we're far more interested in attitude, ambition, and potential than what's on your CV.

What You'll Do

As a recruiter, you'll connect talented professionals with exciting opportunities in the renewable energy industry while helping businesses build high-performing teams.

You’ll be:

• Speaking with candidates to understand their experience, skills, and career aspirations
• Building relationships with professionals across the US renewable energy market
• Advertising vacancies and proactively identifying high-quality candidates
• Conducting phone and video interviews
• Supporting candidates throughout the interview and offer process
• Working closely with clients to understand their hiring needs
• Identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with prospective clients
• Negotiating offers and helping candidates secure their next career move
• Managing multiple vacancies while building your own network of candidates and clients
