You will connect talented professionals with opportunities in renewable energy, conduct interviews, and develop relationships with candidates and clients to understand hiring needs and drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with candidates across the US renewable energy market.
• Build relationships with professionals and clients in the sector.
• Advertise vacancies and proactively source high-quality candidates.
• Conduct phone and video interviews and guide candidates through the process.
• Support candidates through interviews and offers, coordinating next steps.
• Develop relationships with clients to understand hiring needs and opportunities.
