Job summary

You will use phone, WhatsApp, email and LinkedIn to build relationships and drive opportunities. This is a people-focused sales role with a starting salary of £25,000 plus uncapped commission, backed by full training and clear progression into a permanent

Qualifications

• Experience in call centre, sales or customer service.
• Able to manage a busy workload and stay organised.
• Willing to earn commission and progress.

Responsibilities

• Speak with candidates about live permanent vacancies.
• Make daily outbound calls to new and existing candidates.
• Use WhatsApp, email and LinkedIn to move conversations forward.
• Understand candidate experience, salary expectations and availability.
• Match candidates to roles secured by the business.
• Keep accurate notes and follow up diligently.
• Build long-term relationships with candidates in specialist sectors.
• Work with the team to generate interviews and placements.
