Your role involves building relationships within the finance sector, advising clients on hiring strategies, and mapping market competitors. Successful billers earn over £1.2m, with a commission structure reaching up to 40%. We seek motivated, articulate individuals ready to start their recruitment journey in this profitable industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market mapping to advise clients on hiring and competitor activities
  • Business development as a 360 recruiter—sourcing clients and demonstrating expertise
  • Signing terms with clients and sourcing candidates through headhunting, cold calling, outreach, advertising, and networking
  • Managing the interview process, preparing candidates, and providing interview tips
  • Securing placements and earning commissions

  • £28,000 base salary plus 40% commission
