What You'll Be Doing

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll learn and develop across the full 360° recruitment process, including:

• Building relationships with candidates and clients
• Sourcing and engaging top technology talent
• Developing new business and winning clients
• Cold calling, prospecting and generating new opportunities
• Managing candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process
• Negotiating offers and closing placements
• Building and owning your own specialist market
• Developing your personal brand and professional network
• Working towards clear targets and financial goals

You’ll be given the tools and training to succeed — but your performance and progression are in your hands.
