Job summary

Rev & Regs is looking to hire a Trainee Recruitment Consultant for our Sevenoaks office in Kent. You will engage with candidates and clients, conduct phone interviews, and help grow our financial services recruitment practice.

The role includes extensive training, an industry-leading commission structure, generous holiday entitlement, and flexible working arrangements. You will build relationships, use databases, and support end-to-end recruitment processes.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Customer service or sales experience (desirable but not essential).
• Highly enthusiastic and self-motivated.
• Excellent spelling and grammar.
• Strong attention to detail.
• IT skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Calling candidates and clients by phone.
• Email communication with candidates and clients.
• Sell the company’s services to candidates and clients.
• Using internal and external databases to identify candidates.
• Interview and assess candidates on the phone.
• Identify new opportunities to expand the client base.
• Organise interviews, gathering feedback, and consultative.
• Ensure database is updated with client and candidate information.
• Build and maintain a strong network through both telephone and personal interactions.
