Job summary

Kingdom People is seeking a Recruitment Consultant for their Brighton office. The role involves managing client relationships, registering and interviewing candidates, and driving new business development across the UK. A UK driving licence and ability to travel are essential.

The position offers a salary between £32,000 and £34,000 per year (OTE) with Monday to Friday hours (08:30-17:30) plus an on-call rota. Benefits include holiday allowance and pension options.

Qualifications

• GCSEs (4 or above) in English & Maths required.
• Willingness to travel to client sites across the UK with a valid driving licence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential.
• IT literate with ability to use CRM and standard software.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage day-to-day client relationships.
• Register candidates, interview and shortlist leads.
• Advertise roles and attract quality applicants using various channels.
• Enter all candidate data into the CRM accurately and timely.
• Develop new client leads and gather market information.
• Make regular business development calls to clients and prospects.
• Promote Kingdom People via approved channels including LinkedIn.
• Attend client visits to promote Kingdom People and nurture relationships.
• Provide weekly reports on activity and market insights.
