Trainee / Graduate Recruitment Consultant Responsibilities:

• Building long-term relationships with clients via calls to generate vacancies and future opportunities
• Acting as a Brand Champion to influence clients and candidates, positioning Gravitas as the ‘Recruitment Partner of Choice’
• Researching industry trends to communicate knowledgeably about your recruitment area
• Writing engaging job briefs, posting on social media (LinkedIn), and emailing candidates
• Collaborating effectively within the team
• Focusing on professional and personal growth with support from our Learning and Development team
• Meeting personal KPI and activity goals through our training program
