Trainee / Graduate Recruitment Consultant Responsibilities

• Conduct calls with clients to build long-term relationships and generate vacancies and future business opportunities
• Act as a Brand Champion, influencing clients and candidates to see Gravitas as the ‘Recruitment Partner of Choice’
• Research industry trends to speak knowledgeably about your recruitment area
• Write captivating job briefs, post on social media (LinkedIn), and send direct emails to candidates
• Collaborate effectively within the team
• Develop professionally and personally with support from our Learning and Development team
• Meet personal KPI and activity goals through our training program
