Trainee / Graduate Recruitment Consultant Responsibilities

• Conduct calls with clients to build long-term relationships and generate vacancies
• Act as a Brand Champion, influencing Clients and Candidates to see Gravitas as the ‘Recruitment Partner of Choice’
• Research industry trends to speak knowledgeably about your recruitment area
• Write engaging job briefs, post on social media (LinkedIn), and email candidates
• Work effectively as part of a team to foster collaboration
• Develop professionally and personally with support from our Learning and Development team
• Meet personal KPI and activity goals through our training program
