No prior recruitment experience is required; we value attitude, ambition, and potential. You’ll receive structured training, support, and a clear path for progression in a fast-growing sector.

We're looking for an ambitious Trainee Recruiter to join our Renewable Energy team, supporting clients across the US market. What You'll Do

As a recruiter, you'll connect talented professionals with exciting opportunities in the renewable energy industry while helping businesses build high-performing teams.

You'll be:

• Speaking with candidates to understand their experience, skills, and career aspirations
• Building relationships with professionals across the US renewable energy market
• Advertising vacancies and proactively identifying high-quality candidates
• Conducting phone and video interviews
• Supporting candidates throughout the interview and offer process
• Working closely with clients to understand their hiring needs
• Identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with prospective clients
• Negotiating offers and helping candidates secure their next career move
• Managing multiple vacancies while building your own network of candidates and clients
