Qualifications

• Attitude and potential valued over recruitment experience.
• Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, sport, or any customer-facing role is beneficial but not essential.

Responsabilités

• Speak with candidates to understand experience, skills, and career goals.
• Build relationships with professionals across the US renewable energy market.
• Advertise vacancies and proactively identify high-quality candidates.
• Conduct phone and video interviews.
• Support candidates throughout interview and offer process.
• Work closely with clients to understand hiring needs.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with prospective clients.
• Negotiate offers and help candidates move to next career.
• Manage multiple vacancies while building your network.
