Job summary

Tunbridge Wells-based Tiger Resourcing Group is seeking an outbound recruitment consultant to attract candidates and match them to permanent, contract, and temporary roles across IT, engineering and education sectors.

You’ll build relationships with clients to understand requirements, screen and interview candidates, and conduct background checks. This is a sales role with regular field activity and opportunities for career progression.

The role

• As a Tiger Resourcing Group recruitmentconsultant, you will be responsible for attracting candidates and matching themto both Permanent, contract and temporary positions for our clients, from entrylevel through to senior management.
• You will be dealing with clients,building relationships to better understand each clients requirements as wellas developing future relationships.
• You will be taught how to screen,interview, background check and match candidates to our detailed clientrequirements.
• This is a sales role and you will beencouraged to get out of the office on a regular basis and meet candidates andclients face-to-face.
