Job summary

Willing care in Reading is seeking a proactive sales/recruitment specialist to make outbound calls, qualify candidates, and build lasting relationships. You will manage candidate profiles, upload documents to the CRM, and prepare briefs for the Sales Supervisor, while working toward individual and team targets.

• Strong phone skills and confidence speaking to people.
