Siamo Recruitment, a division of Siamo Group, is expanding in Nuneaton and seeking a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to support development of our established operation. We specialise in placing temporary and permanent staff across distribution, logistics, manufacturing, engineering and white-collar sectors.

With full training provided, you will generate new accounts, meet KPI targets, develop existing client bases, and ensure high-quality candidate experiences through screening and interviewing.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates ability to generate new accounts and cold-calling skills.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Willingness to learn and develop within recruitment with full training.

Responsibilities

• Pro-actively generate new accounts through outbound calls and client visits in Nuneaton area.
• Achieve KPI targets based on sales activity and new business wins.
• Maintain and develop existing client accounts.
• Ensure high-quality candidate experience throughout screening and interviewing.
• Develop business within existing clients to drive growth.
• Screen and interview potential candidates and coordinate service calls with clients.

Be a part of Siamo's Career Ladder which has seen the majority of our leadership teams progress through the ranks from Trainee Consultant up as far as Managing Director. The role will involve the following with full training provided -

• Pro-actively and professionally generating new accounts through business development, marketing Siamo to businesses in Nuneaton and surrounding areas, predominantly via outbound sales calls and Client visits.
• Achieving set KPI targets based on sales activity and new business wins
• Maintaining and developing existing accounts
• Constantly maintaining the quality of experience to both clients and candidates
• Business development within existing clients, ensuring growth is achieved within an already thriving client base
• Recruitment and selection of suitable candidates to match the client requirements
• Conduct the screening & interviewing of potential candidates
• Undertake regular service calls and visits with the clients to ensure complete satisfaction with Siamo's service levels.
