Job summary

Siamo Recruitment in Nuneaton is looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to help grow our local division. You will learn recruitment fundamentals while proactively generating new business, visiting client sites, and developing relationships with candidates and employers across logistics, manufacturing, and distribution sectors.

With full training provided, you'll work towards KPI targets, build a books of accounts, and progress through our Career Ladder as you gain experience in sales,

Qualifications

• Business development experience or aptitude.
• Ability to conduct outbound sales calls and visits.
• Comfort with interviewing and screening candidates.

We're currently recruiting for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant who can assist in the development and growth of our established Nuneaton operation. Siamo specialises in placing temporary and permanent employees within the distribution, logistics, manufacturing, engineering and white-collar sectors.

The role will involve the following with full training provided –

• Pro-actively and professionally generating new accounts through business development, marketing Siamo to businesses in Nuneaton and surrounding areas, predominantly via outbound sales calls and Client visits.
• Achieving set KPI targets based on sales activity and new business wins
• Maintaining and developing existing accounts
• Constantly maintaining the quality of experience to both clients and candidates
• Business development within existing clients, ensuring growth is achieved within an already thriving client base
• Recruitment and selection of suitable candidates to match the client requirements
• Conduct the screening & interviewing of potential candidates
• Undertake regular service calls and visits with the clients to ensure complete satisfaction with Siamo’s service levels. The successful candidate will be determined and be hungry for success by nature and interested in developing a career within the recruitment industry. Must have a full driving license and ideally their own transport.
