You’ll develop essential sales and recruitment skills, building strong relationships with candidates and clients in a fast-paced environment. The role offers a £25,500 starting salary with uncapped commission and a first-year OTE of £30,000–£35,000+, plus structured progression to senior roles,

The Role

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll learn the full recruitment lifecycle while developing valuable sales, business development and relationship-building skills.

• Sourcing and interviewing candidates
• Building relationships with candidates and clients
• Managing vacancies and recruitment campaigns
• Developing new business opportunities
• Conducting sales calls and client meetings
• Matching candidates to suitable opportunities
• Managing the recruitment process from vacancy through to placement
• Working towards targets, KPIs and commission goals

About You

We're looking for attitude and potential rather than recruitment experience. You will have:

• A full UK Driving Licence
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
