What You’ll Do:

1. Build relationships with clients and candidates to match the right talent with the right opportunities - this will be done on a COLD call basis.
2. Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, guiding both clients and candidates through interviews, offers, and placements.
3. Source and attract candidates through a variety of channels using different SALES techniques.
4. Work towards achieving personal and team targets (KPIs), reaping the rewards of your efforts!
