Job summary

Pinpoint Resourcing Limited in London is seeking an entry level Trainee Recruitment Consultant to source and place accounting and finance talent across the city. You will build relationships with clients, screen candidates, and manage the recruitment process from shortlists to offers, with training from industry experts and a clear path to progression.

Based in our Chislehurst offices, you will work 9am-5:30pm, Mon-Fri, with a competitive £25,000 salary plus an unrivalled commission structure

• Manage the offer and negotiation process between clients and candidates, ensuring a successful outcome for all parties.
• Build and maintain a strong network of accounting and finance professionals across multiple industries.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by identifying top talent and placing them into roles that fit their skills and experience.
