Job summary

Pinpoint Resourcing Limited in London is seeking an entry-level Trainee Recruitment Consultant to source and place top accounting and finance talent for businesses across London. You will build client relationships, screen candidates, manage shortlists and the recruitment process, and learn from industry experts with over 25 years of experience.

The role is based in our Chislehurst offices with 9am – 5:30pm hours, regular incentives and social events, including a Marbella weekend trip.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships.

• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Generate, develop, and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs, and identify candidates for open positions.
• Source and identify top accounting and finance talent for our clients' teams.
• Conduct in-depth screening calls and meetings with candidates to assess their skills, experience, and suitability for roles.
• Submit suitable candidate shortlists to clients and manage the recruitment process.
• Provide advice to clients and candidates on the best recruitment practices, current market trends, and salary expectations.
• Manage the offer and negotiation process between clients and candidates, ensuring a successful outcome for all parties.
• Build and maintain a strong network of accounting and finance professionals across multiple industries.
