* Responsibilities include selling face-to-face and over the phone to high-level decision makers,
* Managing your own PR and marketing,
* Building and sourcing a client and candidate database,
* Working with or without direction, relying on your decision-making, dedication, and will to win,
* Being a graduate or graduate-caliber with strong literacy and numeracy skills, capable of writing marketing pieces and proof-checking bids and tenders,
* Being a team player, highly organized, accurate, and able to work under pressure,
* Being competitive, always seeking improvement, and possessing high fluid intelligence to solve problems.
Relationship building is core to success in recruitment, with much of your time spent on the phone and face-to-face meetings with clients and candidates. Sales-focused individuals will excel.
