The Job Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant

• Fast-paced sales role aiming to place tech professionals with clients
• Earn commission from placements (on top of your base salary)
• Cold calling, headhunting, advertising to source candidates
• Become an expert in your space by mapping the market and understanding current trends to advise clients on hiring plans
• Act as the middleman between client and candidate, setting up interviews and preparing them for questions
• Negotiate deals and secure offers
• Make successful placements and earn commissions
