Finlay Jude Associates in Rochdale is seeking a driven Trainee Recruitment Consultant. No recruitment experience is required as we provide full training, ongoing support, and a clear progression pathway.

As a trainee you will source candidates, screen via phone/video, and develop strong relationships with both candidates and clients. You will advertise vacancies, match candidates to opportunities, and ensure compliant record-keeping.
