Rule Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Trainee Recruitment Consultant in London to join a fast-paced tech recruitment desk. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, develop your own client base, and leverage market insights to guide hiring plans.

A strong sports background and competitive drive will help you thrive in a high-earning environment. This entry-level role offers a base of £28k, rising to £30k with promotion, plus a 40% commission structure, weekly team events, and an opportunity to grow

Responsabilités

• 360 recruitment – end to end
• Undertake your own business development and source clients
• Offer specialist market knowledge and advise clients on hiring plans
• Source candidates via headhunting, cold calling, LinkedIn, and advertising
• Screen candidates and set up interviews
• Negotiate offers and contracts
